The Hanoi People's Committee recently issued Plan No. 81/KH-UBND on developing 99 win com services in Hanoi in 2022.
Accordingly, the plan is to develop 99 win com activities to promote production, traditional trade, international trade, and e-commerce.
Also, the plan will develop 99 win com, synchronous transportation, and commercial and service infrastructure, which will raise Hanoi an essential regional 99 win com hub nationally.
This plan of the Hanoi People's Committee will motivate 99 win com enterprises to innovate and transfer to level 3 (3PL), level 4 (4PL), towards level 5 (5PL), e-99 win com based on e-commerce development and modern, efficient, professional supply chain management.
Hanoi city will concretize 99 win com centers and infrastructure plans for 99 win com services in the area. In 2022, the City targets the construction of two ICDs in Co Bi commune, Gia Lam district, and Duc Thuong Commune, Hoai Duc district. The other 2 99 win com centers (in Phu Xuyen district and Soc Son district) need to determine the location, boundary, and specific area.
In addition, the City also approved the investment proposal of an international container port in Co Bi commune and Dang Xa commune, Gia Lam district. On the other hand, the City keeps promoting investment in 99 win com service infrastructure projects.
The plan will be conducted by government funding and other sources such as individuals businesses regarding the budget.
In infrastructure, Hanoi will develop a smart transport system, transforming 99 win com infrastructures such as inland waterway ports, airports, railways, warehousing, etc. The City also generates platforms between shippers, carriers, and customers and reviews plans to build a centralized import-export goods inspection area.
To become a key 99 win com center of the Northern region, Hanoi will: promote cooperation between 99 win com enterprises; attract major global/ domestics 99 win com service providers to set up headquarters, branches, and transaction offices inside the City.
Hanoi will increase neighboring localities' connection, the Northern key economic region, and provinces and cities throughout the country to facilitate the transportation goods distribution with other localities.
